7:00 am: 
  • 5 oz Pork Chop
11:00 am:
  • 1 oz Almonds
1:30 pm:  Ate lunch at Maynard's
  • 1 Serving Steak Bites (No Onion Rings)
  • 1 Caesar Side Salad (No Croutons)
  • 1 Bun-less Cheese Burger with Cottage Cheese on the side
3:30 pm:
  • 2 servings of M & M/Raisin/Nut Trail Mix
5:30 pm:
  • 5 oz Pork Chop
  • 1 Bag Broccoli/Cauliflower Medley
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Lime Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Mixed Pepper
*We had a boating outing today on Lake Minnetonka.  I knew I was going to be drinking so I had minimal carbs today.  I had four drinks today that consisted of Vodka/Diet Soda (Diet Pepsi or Diet Dew).  Would rather had Club Soda with them, but there are worse thinks I could have drank.
