1:30 pm: Ate lunch at Maynard's
- 1 Serving Steak Bites (No Onion Rings)
- 1 Caesar Side Salad (No Croutons)
- 1 Bun-less Cheese Burger with Cottage Cheese on the side
3:30 pm:
- 2 servings of M & M/Raisin/Nut Trail Mix
5:30 pm:
- 5 oz Pork Chop
- 1 Bag Broccoli/Cauliflower Medley
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP Lime Juice
- 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Mixed Pepper
*We had a boating outing today on Lake Minnetonka. I knew I was going to be drinking so I had minimal carbs today. I had four drinks today that consisted of Vodka/Diet Soda (Diet Pepsi or Diet Dew). Would rather had Club Soda with them, but there are worse thinks I could have drank.
