9:00 am:
  • 1 Scoop Life Time Fitness Vegamax Protein
11:10 am:
  • 5 oz Chicken Breast
  • 1 oz Cashews
4:30 pm:
  • 5 oz Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 cup Macadamia Nuts
  • 1 Bag Broccoli/Cauliflower/Carrot Medley
  • 1 TBSP Organic Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Black Pepper
7:00 pm:
  • 5 oz Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 1 Bag Broccoli/Cauliflower Medley
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Black Pepper
*A few scheduling flaws forced me to miss two meals.  Minor glitch as I ate clean overall (Just could have used more calories).  Also, I am trying to rotate my meats every 4-5 days.  Today I had to eat chicken for the second day in a row as the expiration date was earlier than I thought.
