Friday, May 10 2013: Day 6 (141 Days to go)

Sleep:  6.5 hours

6:30 am:
  • 1/3 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 1 Serving Cashews 
9:30 am:
  • 1.5 cups Flax Milk
  • 1 Scoop Life Time Fitness Grass Fed Whey Protein
  • 2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter
12:30 pm:
  • 1/3 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 1 Bag Broccoli/Cauliflower/Carrot Medley
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil, 1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar, 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Black Pepper
1:45 pm (Post Workout):
  • 2 Scoops Life Time Fitness Whey Isolate Protein Powder
  • 1 Banana 
4:45 pm: 
  • One 20 oz Bottle Diet Mountain Dew (Sorry I needed to stay awake and there was no Coffee where I was at!
9:45 pm:
  • 1.5 cups Flax Milk
  • 1 Scoop Life Time Fitness Grass Fed Whey Protein
  • 2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter

Today was a long day.  It was Day 1 of the NANBF Natural Minnesota Physique Competition.  I know the show promoter Aaron Callister and helped him with some of the work that needed to be done pre-show (Show started at 6 pm).  From there my girlfriend Meredith Butulis was competing in the Fitness division so I needed to support her and help her with here stage prop.  This is a reason why there are some big gaps between meals.  It was a better day eating wise than most people experience, just not optimal.
