Saturday, May 11 2013: Day 7 (140 Days to go)

Sleep:  2.5 hours (slept like crap because our room was hot and it was windy outside)
Weight:  183.4 lbs

5:45 am:
  • 1/3 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 1 Serving Cashews
9:30 am:
  • 1.5 scoops Life Time Fitness Whey Isolate Protein
  • 1 scoop Nutra-Dyne Mint Flavor Dynamic Greens 
12:00 pm:
  • 1 Life Time Fitness Detox Italian Roast Beef Salad
3:00 pm:
  • 1 Can Wild Planet Sardines in Water
  • 1 Bag Brocolli, Cauliflower, Carrot Medley
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar, 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Black Pepper
9:45 pm:
  • 1.5 cups Flax Milk
  • 1 Scoop Life Time Fitness Grass Fed Whey Protein
  • 2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter

Similar day to yesterday.  From 5:00-9:30 pm we were at the evening show for the NANBF Natural Minnesota Physique Contest.  That is the reason for the big gap from 3:00-9:30 pm.  Not Optimal eating but better than most people.
