LTF 14-Day Detox: Day 1 (2/18/13)

The current date is February 18, 2013.  I started the 14-Day Detox today.  I felt OK overall but was very tired and had a mild headache in the mid afternoon so I had some Green Tea to get me through it.

Below is what I ate and what time I had it.

6:30 am:  
  • 1-Serving Hormel Gluten-Free Oven Roasted Turkey Breast 
  • 1 Serving Blackberries
  • 4 Brazil Nuts
9:30 am:
  • 2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 2 Scoops Thorne Fiber Blend
11:30 am:
  • 1-Serving Hormel Gluten-Free Oven Roasted Turkey Breast 
  • 1 Serving Sunflower Seeds
2:30 pm:
  • 2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 2 Scoops Thorne Fiber Blend 
  • 1 Serving Pumpkin Seeds
5:00 pm:
  • 4-oz Pork Chop
  • 1 Bag Vegetable Medley (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots)
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Lime Juice
  • Celtic Sea Salt/Pepper
7:30 pm:
  • 1 Bag Smoked Wild Salmon with Organic Capers
  • 1 Bag Vegetable Medley (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots)
  • 3 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Lime Juice
  • Celtic Sea Salt/Pepper
