The LTF 14-Day Detox Day 9 (2/26/13)

Today was the second day with no caffeine.  Did a cardio workout and it went ok (Had to cut it a bit short because of time).  Below is what I ate:

4:30 am:
  • 1/3 lb Free Range Ground Turkey
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Spread
9:30 am:
  • 2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 1 Scoop Thorne Fibermend
11:30 am:
  • 1/3 lb Free Range Ground Turkey
  • 1/4 Cup Pistachios
4:00 pm: 
  • 2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 1 Scoop Thorne Fibermend

7:00 pm:
  • 1 Packet of Almonds with Sea Salt
8:30 pm:
  • 1/3 lb Free Range Ground Turkey
  • 1 Bag Cauliflower
  • 2 TBSP Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Pepper

Body felt like crap in the late morning and early afternoon.  Felt "Guncked Up" and had one of the Trainers/Massage Therapists give me a Lymphatic Massage.  Felt better afterwords but had a headache later on.  After I had some almonds the headache went away - so I think  the headache was because i missed my normal 5 pm meal because of a presentation.
