LTF 14-Day Detox Day 5 (2/22/13)

I took a personal day so I was able to sleep in a bit.  Each day that goes by I feel a little better and more energetic.  Here is what I ate today.

9:00 am:
  • 1 Wild Smoked Salmon Packet
  • 1 Serving of Raw Almonds
11:00 am:
  • 2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 2 Scoops Thorne Fibermend
1:30 pm:
  • 1 Grass Fed Spinach/Steak Salad with Vinegar Dressing
3:45 pm (Post Workout):
  •  2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 2 Scoops Thorne Fibermend
6:30 pm:
  • 1 Can Sardines in Olive Oil
  • 1 Bag Broccoli/Cauliflower Medley
  • 2 TBSP Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Pepper
8:30 pm:
  • 1 Scoop LTF Vegamax Protein
  • 12 oz Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Spread
