The LTF 14-Day Detox Day 10 (2/27/13)

Today was another day without caffeine - each day gets better and better.  The workout I did this morning went well as my energy was good and I improved the previous sets and reps.  Below is what I ate.


9:30 am (Post Workout):
  • 2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 1 Scoop Thorne Fibermend
12:00 pm:
  • 1 LTF Detox Italian Roast Beef Salad
3:30 pm:
  • 1 Can Sardines in Olive Oil
  • 1 Bag Broccoli, Carrots and Sugar Snap Peas
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Black Pepper
6:00 pm:
  • 1 LTF Detox Italian Roast Beef Salad
7:00 pm:
  • 1 Bag Almonds with Sea Salt
9:00 pm: 
  • 2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 2 Scoops Thorne Fibermend
  • 16 oz Silk Almond Milk (Original Unsweetened)
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Spread

An important note is today my "Bathroom" habits seemed to return to normal.  I haven't experienced any constipation or diarrhea but my routine has been off schedule.  Today things seem to be back to normal.
