The LTF 14-Day Detox Day 8 (2/25/13)

Today I woke up a bit late and didn't have much of an appetite.  Below is what I ate.

9:30 am (Post Workout):
  • 2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 1 Scoop Thorne Fibermend
11:30 am:
  • 1 LTF Detox Mediterranean Salad (Had Chicken in it)
2:00 pm:
  • 2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 1 Scoop Thorne Fibermend
3:00 pm:
  • 1 Packet of Almonds with Sea Salt
5:00 pm:
  • 1 Pack of Sardines in Olive Oil
  • 1 Bag Brocolli 
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Black Pepper
8:00 pm:
  • 1 Scoop LTF Vegamax Protein
  • 1 Scoop Nutra-Dyne Dynamic Greens (Mint Flavor)
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Spread
Today was the first day with no caffeine (even Green Tea).  Felt a bit sluggish.  However, the workout I did was more aggressive than normal and went well.
