LTF 14-Day Detox Day 4 (2/21/13)

This is day 4 of the LTF 14-Day Detox.  I didn't have any clients until 6:30 am but wanted to get to the club at 6 am.  This was the first time in three days that I had a hard time getting out of bed.  I had to hit the snooze button a few times and ended up getting to the club at 6:15ish.  Below is what I ate:

5:30 am:
  • 1/3 lb Grass Fed Beef
  • 1 oz Almonds
9:00 am:
  • 2 scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 2 scoops Thorne Fiber Blend
11:45 am:
  •  1/3 lb Grass Fed Beef
  •  1 oz Almonds
3:00 pm:
  •  2 scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  •  2 scoops Thorne Fiber Blend
6:00 pm:
  • 1/3 lb Grass Fed Beef
  • 1 Bag Vegetable Medley (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots)
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Black Pepper
9:00 pm
  • 1/3 lb Grass Fed Beef
  • 1 Bag Vegetable Medley (Broccoli, Cauliflower)
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Black Pepper

Important Note:  I didn't feel any stomach issues with the Grass Fed Beef.  In the past I have noticed my stomach growling.  Often I will have it with salsa and/or cheese so those might be food choices I don't do well on.
