This is what I ate today:

8:30 am (Breakfast):  
  • Ham, Bacon, Cheese and Vegetable Omelet
11:00 am:
  •  1 Scoop Life Time Fitness Vega Max Protein Powder/12 oz. water 
  •  2 TBSP Coconut Butter
3:00 pm:
  •   1 Scoop Life Time Fitness Vega Max Protein Powder/12 oz. water (Post Workout)
2:00 pm:
  •  1 Scoop Life Time Fitness Vega Max Protein Powder/12 oz. water
5:00 pm:
  • 1/3 lb Grass Feed Hamburger
  • 1/4 Cup Colby Jack Cheese
  • 3 TBSP Medium Chunky Salsa
  • 2 oz Almonds
8:00 pm:
  • 12 oz Silk Almond Milk Unsweetened
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Dymatize Whey Protein
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Butter
