This is what I ate today:

8:00 am (Breakfast):  
  • 12 oz Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop Life Time Fitness Vega Max Protein Powder
  • 2 TBSP Organic Almond Butter
11:30 am:
  •  5 oz Chicken Breast
  • 1 oz Raw Almonds
2:00 pm:
  •  1 Scoop Life Time Fitness Vega Max Protein Powder/12 oz. water
4:30 pm:
  • 3 Cheese Sticks
  • 1 bag Broccoli/Cauliflower/Carrot Vegetable Medley
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Lime Juice, 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt ans Pepper
8:00 pm:
  • 1 Pack Mesquite Turkey Slices
  • 1 bag Broccoli/Cauliflower/Carrot Vegetable Medley
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Lemon Juice, 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt and Black Pepper
