The LTF 14-Day Detox Day 10 (2/27/13)

Today was another day without caffeine - each day gets better and better.  The workout I did this morning went well as my energy was good and I improved the previous sets and reps.  Below is what I ate.


9:30 am (Post Workout):
  • 2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 1 Scoop Thorne Fibermend
12:00 pm:
  • 1 LTF Detox Italian Roast Beef Salad
3:30 pm:
  • 1 Can Sardines in Olive Oil
  • 1 Bag Broccoli, Carrots and Sugar Snap Peas
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Black Pepper
6:00 pm:
  • 1 LTF Detox Italian Roast Beef Salad
7:00 pm:
  • 1 Bag Almonds with Sea Salt
9:00 pm: 
  • 2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 2 Scoops Thorne Fibermend
  • 16 oz Silk Almond Milk (Original Unsweetened)
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Spread

An important note is today my "Bathroom" habits seemed to return to normal.  I haven't experienced any constipation or diarrhea but my routine has been off schedule.  Today things seem to be back to normal.

The LTF 14-Day Detox Day 9 (2/26/13)

Today was the second day with no caffeine.  Did a cardio workout and it went ok (Had to cut it a bit short because of time).  Below is what I ate:

4:30 am:
  • 1/3 lb Free Range Ground Turkey
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Spread
9:30 am:
  • 2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 1 Scoop Thorne Fibermend
11:30 am:
  • 1/3 lb Free Range Ground Turkey
  • 1/4 Cup Pistachios
4:00 pm: 
  • 2 Scoops LTF Dairy Free Fast Fuel Complete
  • 1 Scoop Thorne Fibermend

7:00 pm:
  • 1 Packet of Almonds with Sea Salt
8:30 pm:
  • 1/3 lb Free Range Ground Turkey
  • 1 Bag Cauliflower
  • 2 TBSP Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Pepper

Body felt like crap in the late morning and early afternoon.  Felt "Guncked Up" and had one of the Trainers/Massage Therapists give me a Lymphatic Massage.  Felt better afterwords but had a headache later on.  After I had some almonds the headache went away - so I think  the headache was because i missed my normal 5 pm meal because of a presentation.

The LTF 14-Day Detox Day 8 (2/25/13)

Today I woke up a bit late and didn't have much of an appetite.  Below is what I ate.

9:30 am (Post Workout):

  • 1 Packet of Almonds with Sea Salt
5:00 pm:
  • 1 Pack of Sardines in Olive Oil
  • 1 Bag Brocolli 
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Black Pepper
8:00 pm:
  • 1 Scoop LTF Vegamax Protein
  • 1 Scoop Nutra-Dyne Dynamic Greens (Mint Flavor)
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Spread
Today was the first day with no caffeine (even Green Tea).  Felt a bit sluggish.  However, the workout I did was more aggressive than normal and went well.

I ate a bit later because I had to do an In-Body test and you need to be fasted to do that.  I then worked out after that  Below is what I ate for the day:

LTF 14-Day Detox Day 4 (2/21/13)

This is day 4 of the LTF 14-Day Detox.  I didn't have any clients until 6:30 am but wanted to get to the club at 6 am.  This was the first time in three days that I had a hard time getting out of bed.  I had to hit the snooze button a few times and ended up getting to the club at 6:15ish.  Below is what I ate:

5:30 am:
  • 1/3 lb Grass Fed Beef
  • 1 oz Almonds
9:00 am:

  • 1/3 lb Grass Fed Beef
  • 1 Bag Vegetable Medley (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots)

  • 1/3 lb Grass Fed Beef

Important Note:  I didn't feel any stomach issues with the Grass Fed Beef.  In the past I have noticed my stomach growling.  Often I will have it with salsa and/or cheese so those might be food choices I don't do well on.

LTF 14-Day Detox Day 3 (2/20/13)

This is Day 3 of the detox.  Woke up with pretty decent energy.  Needed a some Green Tea in the morning but felt pretty good overall.  Something I have noticed is my stomach isn't growling as much.  Below is what I ate on Wednesday, February 20th.

4:30 am:
  • 5 oz Chicken Breast
  • 1 Serving Brazil Nuts
9:00 am:

LTF 14-Day Detox Day 2 (2/19/13)

The current date is February 19, 2013.  Today is the second day of the 14-Day Detox.  I slept 6 hours last night (10:10 pm-4:10 am) and woke up feeling better than average via energy.  I felt a bit tired mid morning (8 am) so I had some Green Tea to get me through it.

Below is what I ate and what time I had it.  The big difference is having six meals instead of five.  The energy in the afternoon/early evening is much better than yesterday.
